div style="MARGIN: 5pt 0in"> The Wireless Development Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with a defined customer base. The primary goal of this position is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive individual liable (IL) activations while increasing revenues. As a Sprint Wireless Development Manager you will cultivate a solid rapport and act as an additional account point of contact with enterprise accounts. The Wireless Development Manager will create demand for Sprint solutions with customers through IL campaigns. This position will be responsible for building and retaining a high level of customer satisfaction resulting in meeting/ exceeding revenue targets and will identify/ develop new sales opportunities as well as work towards reduced churn. The Wireless Development Manager will plan and conduct status and strategy meetings with sales teams and customers with the goal of analyzing customer wireless needs and educating the customer on the complete line of Sprint solutions. Basic Qualifications: • Selected candidate must have valid drivers' license and an acceptable driving history based on Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Business development management experience • Proven success with growing and retaining an assigned account base. • Successful sales/ account management experience • Experience in customer service, customer operations, sales, and/ or customer training • Experience selling to and managing within market/ industry verticals. • Demonstrated success in working with and motivating others at multiple organizational levels, including both internal co-workers external customers. • Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product proposals and quotes. • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience in tracking customer sales information, forecasts & reports using related software applications. Preferred Qualifications: • College degree • Experience supporting and calling on multi- level customers and prospects. • Familiarity with internal Sprint processes and systems. • Proven wireless and/or sales experience with an in-depth understanding of data products and solutions • Proven track record of consistent above quota performance. | Post Date: | 02/13/2012 | Address: | Employer: | Sprint Nextel |
