Experience

To assist customers telephonically with queries relating to Cellular Products and Services as well as Account Enquiries within the telecommunication industry

To answer inbound calls according to the relevant Call Centre Measurement Criteria

To ensure all customer details are captured accurately on the systems and applications

To escalate customer queries to the relevant role players

To assist customers telephonically with queries relating to the cellular Products and Services as well as Account Enquiries within the telecommunication industry

Qualifications

Matric or equivalent is essential

Minimum of 1 year’s working experience is essential

A minimum of 6 months call centre experience is essential

Applicants must be fluent in English

An additional official language
